CBS decided that two hours were necessary to reveal the bracket for this year’s NCAA basketball tournament. They were wrong. Charles Barkley was turrible with the touch screen. Kenny Smith made up words. There were recaps of recaps. And the bracket was leaked on Twitter about a half-hour into this thing. Learn from this, CBS.
As for the bracket itself, I have no idea what the committee was doing here. Tulsa and Vanderbilt have no business in the tournament. San Diego State and St. Bonaventure should have been in. I don’t have a major issue with Syracuse getting in, I do have an issue with them not being in the First Four. Michigan made it in as part of the First Four. Doug Gottlieb said it was wrong that they got in. I say it’s wrong to steal credit cards. Guess we’re just going to have to agree to disagree.
