Blake Countess to Transfer From Michigan

Cornerback Blake Countess has announced that he will transfer from Michigan. While Countess’ experience will be missed, his skill set didn’t fit the man defense scheme that Michigan employed last year and will likely be using again this year. Expect Wayne Lyons, graduate transfer from Stanford, to start opposite Jourdan Lewis at corner in the fall.
