Futures NFL Bet: New York Giants Team Total
- Updated: June 26, 2016
The New York Giants have a season win total set at 8 games with over being -140 and under being +120. I LOVE the over as I am very high on the Giants this year. Let’s start with the coaching change; I don’t care what the idiots at ESPN say – Tom Coughlin was a terrible coach who the game completely passed by. A change was absolutely necessary and I think it really helps re-fuel this Giants team who was much better than last year’s 6-10 record. They lost 8 games by 7 points or less and we can go back and remember how Coughlin’s decisions definitely factored into that. Some notable off-season additions: CB Janoris Jenkins, DE Oliver Vernon, DT Damon Harrison, and LB Keenan Robinson. Also, the team re-signed DE Jason Pierre-Paul, TE Larry Donnell, and LB Jasper Brinkley. Ben McAdoo, who has served as the teams offensive coordinator since 2014, replaces Coughlin and I cannot stress how big of an upgrade this is. I’m highly recommending a bet on the Giants OVER 8 wins and also betting the Giants to win the NFC East at +220. I feel there is a lot of value in each of these and both will cash.
