Don’t overthink this. Will Anderson is not only the best edge rusher in the class, he’s the best player. The biggest knock on the guy is that Darnell Wright got the best of him when the Tide met Tennessee, but honestly, that says more about Wright’s talent than any lack of it on Anderson’s part. Tyree Wilson out of Texas Tech has great size and great potential, but needs some real polish. Lukas Van Ness has the highest upside of all non-Will Anderson persons in this edge class. He’s got great size, but still maintains good flexibility and has plenty of athleticism. His technique needs some work as does his mental game. If he can get there, he’ll be a superstar.
