Peyton Manning Retires
- Updated: March 8, 2016

Peyton Manning, who may or may not have sexually assaulted a trainer at Tennessee and may or may not have taken HGH and was a total bum this year who would have gotten benched if he was almost anybody else, retired today, and of course the reaction was “what a great and #classy guy that Peyton is, Farewell, Sherriff!!!” Gimme a break.
SEC kiss-up Paul Finebaum had Steve Spurrier on his show, where he said this:
“Everyone in the South knows he should have won the @HeismanTrophy” pic.twitter.com/wupj2PuA08

I mean, I like the Ol’ Ball Coach, but this is idiotic for a couple reasons:
- Nobody in the south knows anything, except, like, moonshine production and not having teeth. The former is actually a major field of study at Tennessee and most other SEC schools. The latter is the third-most popular hobby in the south behind “watching competitive traffic” and “racism.”
- Charles Woodson was the best college football player in the country that year.
Anyway, later, Peyton. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
