Avalanche 4, Blackhawks 3 (OT)

The Blackhawks just mailed this one in. After going through the motions in the first, they took a 3-0 lead in the second, then coughed it up the rest of the way, eventually losing in overtime. On the one hand, this game doesn’t really matter and Duncan Keith (rest) and Niklas Hjalmarsson (wife’s having a kid) weren’t playing. On the other hand, giving up 51 shots and a 3-goal lead to the worst team in the league is a bad look.

- Artem Anisimov‘s skate Monday went well, but he still probably won’t play until the playoffs.
