The Wild probably deserved to win this game. They got the better of the action for most of the night. Still, the way it went down sucked. With the game tied 1-1 in the third and a combined 4 or so inches from being 5-0 Hawks, Minnesota scored on a play that was clearly offside. The Blackhawks challenged and the goal was somehow upheld, giving Minnesota a power play they cashed on and it was all but over from there. Good going, NHL. The Hawks will look to rebound Saturday against Nashville.
