The knock on Nakobe Dean is that he’s undersized. Really. That’s it. He flies all over the field, can cover, and has great instincts. Damone Clark of LSU will likely miss the entire 2022 season as he recovers from spinal fusion surgery on a herniated disk. His grade reflects where he should have been taken were he healthy. Given the injury, I expect him to go on Day 2 or early Day 3. In addition to Dean, Georgia has a couple more intriguing prospects in this draft class in Quay Walker and Channing Tindall. Leo Chenal looked very good on tape, but your author has some questions about his athleticism.
