Another rough week last week. Time to bounce back. I know I said that last week, but now it’s really time. Three best bets this week. Cleveland covers three against a Houston team that’s one of the worst in the NFL. I would have thought Buffalo would be favored against Arizona, but they’re actually getting two, so that’s going to be a best bet. Lastly, a banged-up 49ers team is getting nine in New Orleans against a Saints team coming off of a dismantling of the Buccaneers Monday night. Saints cover.

Elsewhere, in games that aren’t quite best bets, I like Tampa to bounce back against Carolina. As bad as the Bucs looked Monday night, the only teams to beat them this year have been the Saints and Bears. The Panthers are better than they get credit for, but will be without Christian McCaffrey and don’t have an offense like the Saints’ or defense like the Bears’.

I’m tired of picking Denver and then finding out on Sunday I gave them too much credit, so Vegas is the play this week. On the flip side, I’m done doubting Miami. Dolphins -1.5.
