Four best bets this week. Unless half the team is out and I just don’t know about it, I have no idea why the line in Houston is only 1.5. Hammer New England here. The Pats seem to have found their stride again after a couple rough weeks. Houston remains Houston.

I like Arizona +5.5. That offense is going to give Seattle’s defense fits. Russell Wilson is going to have to keep Seattle in the game and I think Arizona can get him to make some mistakes. Seattle looks like the anti-Bears: a great offense that doesn’t get to be as great as it could be because the group on the other side of the ball is one of the worst in the NFL.

I like Cincinnati +1.5 in Washington. The Washington Fighting Dan Snyders have yet to come within single digits of anybody decent this year.

Lastly, Miami’s for real. I’m done doubting them. Conversely, Denver is very much not real and I’m done thinking they don’t totally stink. They do. Dolphins roll.
