Conference championships, recapped. The Titans got off to a strong start, but just as they did a week ago, the Chiefs came storming back. Tennessee fought hard, but was never able to regain the momentum they had early and fell 35-24.

In San Francisco, the 49ers put together a first half that made Green Bay think they got off easy the first time. Raheem Mostert ran for a gorillion yards and the Packers couldn’t do anything right. Aaron Rodgers was steady, though unremarkable early until he threw a brainless pick that gave the Niners great field position. The Packers found the end zone three times in the second half as Rodgers racked up stats, but never got the Packers any closer than two scores. All in all, it was a Cousins-esque performance with the lights on bright, which is pretty ironic since I’m pretty sure Rodgers doesn’t talk to his.

Changes on D in Tennessee. Titans defensive coordinator Dean Pees is retiring [ESPN] and DB coach Kerry Coombs is leaving to be defensive coordinator at Ohio State. [Also ESPN]
