Bernard Hopkins Knocked Out Of Ring In Final Fight

Saturday night, Bernard Hopkins took on Joe Smith in what was to be his final fight. It did not end well for the 51-year-old Hopkins:

Hopkins said he was pushed out of the ring (he clearly wasn’t) and hurt his ankle, which sounds an awful lot like him attempting to justify fighting again. Another fight would be a bad idea, but fighting as long as he has was a really bad idea, so what’s one more bad idea, I guess?
