At first, the crowd was still down, but I’m assuming that either something was put on the Titantron informing the fans that Enzo was talking and moving his extremities or the fans found out through Twitter, because the mood picked up a bit as the match went on.

These two have had great matches together for years and this was no exception. It had to be awfully tough to wrestle after seeing Enzo’s injury, so much respect to these two.

Whatever Cesaro’s making, double it, because the talent disparity between these two is wider than the Grand Canyon and that was crystal clear tonight. This match’s rating was 100% due to Ceasro’s work, so Miz, if you’re reading this, you don’t get to feel good about this.

After the match, they cut to the back where Vince praised Shane and Stephanie for their decisions in the match and announced AJ will get his rematch at Extreme Rules in an Extreme Rules match. Remember, in an Extreme Rules match, there are no countouts and no disqualifications, which is…exactly…what they…already…did. WHY ARE THEY DOING A REMATCH IN AN EXTREME RULES MATCH?

Major respect to AJ for dragging this big sack of suck around the ring and getting the match out of him that he did. AJ came away looking like a complete idiot, though. They’re paying the guy $500,000 a year and they made him look like a dope. Money well spent. Gotta make Reigns look strong. Anyway, I’m torn on how to rate this match. AJ was great. Phenomenal, one might say. But Reigns couldn’t work his way out of a wet paper bag and they made AJ look stupid.

★★½

Overall: As meh as the main event was, the show still had four great matches on it. ★★★½

Enzo came away with a concussion, which, while that’s not good, is nowhere near as bad as it could have been. Hope he gets well soon.
