WWE Survivor Series 2016 Results

Welcome on and all to the 30th Survivor Series, where fantasy warfare just got real! Live from Toronto, Canada!
First up is a 6-man Cruiserweight Tag Team match: Daivari, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese vs. Rich Swann, Noam Dar and TJ Perkins!
Swann and Nese start it off. Lots of Cruiserweight action going back and forth. Perkins gets the tag. Perkins put the Octopus Hold onto Nese. Nese tags in Gulak. Drop toe hold and kick from Gulak. Perkins back in with an armbar to Gulak. Daivari and Dar now going at it. Gulak tags in. Then, Nese.. good tag team action from Team Daivari. Gulak really working on Dar now. Swann tags in with vigor, taking out Team Daivari left and right. Gulak stops the Swann momentum. The Cruiserweights are putting an aerial display! Swann does a standing 450 splash onto Daivari for the win!
Next up: Kane vs Luke Harper!
Kane has had his problems with the Wyatts in the past, and he’s looking for retribution. Lots of show of power between the two giants. Harper knocks Kane out of the ring and goes flying. Harper brings Kane back in, then flips back in onto Kane! Harper continuing to work on Kane. Harper goes to the top rope, only to be stopped by Kane who delivers a superplex! Harper back up and runs into a Kane Choke. Kane is firing up. Harper with a back kick to stop Kane. Dropkick to Kane from Luke Harper! This man can move! Kane with a Chokeslam and gets the win on Luke Harper! Looks like Kane might be getting his payback against the New Wyatts slowly.
The first of three traditional Survivor Series match: Bayley, Alicia Fox, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks and Charlotte (Team Raw Women) vs. Becky Lynch, Naomi, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, and Nikki Bella (Team Smackdown Women)! Nikki cannot compete due to someone taking her out before hand.. I’m smelling Carmella.. but, the Coach Natalya will fill in. Fox starts off against Carmella. Lots of back and forth. Lynch tags in as does Bayley.. Charlotte tags herself in and looks like it will be Champion vs Champion, until Sasha tags in. It all starts to implode, until Jax uses her strength to get control. Sasha and Becky goes to work. Charlotte tags in. Jax gets tagged in and she goes to town onto Becky. Carmella tries but, to no avail. Bliss tries.. no go. Naomi tries.. but, nope. Nattie comes in. Carmella tags in.. double team, but Jax takes out both Carmella and Nattie.
Fox comes back in. Carmella tries a Bronco Buster, but misses.. Carmella is eleminated by Fox. Bliss takes over.. and eleminates Fox. Naomi and Jax are the legal women and with Jax on the outside, Naomi goes flying! Action on the outside.. the count.. Naomi is gone due, to a countout. Bliss takes over against Sasha. Sasha takes out both Nattie and Bliss. Sasha is eliminated by Nattie with a roll up. Charlotte vs Nattie.. Flair vs. Hart! Charlotte goes up top, only to go down by Nattie with a Sit out Powerbomb. Nattie is eliminated by Charlotte. Becky takes over. Bliss tags herself in.. and she and Becky get suplexed by Nia Jax! Becky now in charge. Jax is eliminated by Becky with the Dis-Arm-Her! Bliss tags in, and is eliminated by Charlotte. It’s now, 2 on 1.. Raw on top. Becky goes up top with the Dublin Jam and covers Charlotte.. but is broken up by Bayley. Bayley is in against Becky. Bayley with the Bayley to Belly and picks up the win! Your Winners: Charlotte and Bayley! And now that the match is over Charlotte goes after Bayley. There are sore losers and sore winners, and Charlotte is definitely a sore winner.
Intercontinental Championship on the line as the Miz goes against Sami Zayn.. If Sami wins, the Championship goes to Raw.
Miz and Sami lock up. Lots of back and forth action between the two. Action spills outside.. and Sami does a moosault off the barricade onto the Miz. Back in the ring. Miz works on the knees of Sami. It’s well-known that Sami has a bad leg. Will it come into play? Sami knocks Miz back outside, and flies over the top rope to take out Miz. Miz back in and runs into the Michinoko Driver by Sami, and kicks out! Miz goes for the figure four, but Sami kicks out! Miz with a series of dropkicks to Sami in the corner. Sami with a powerbomb, but Miz kicks out at two! Exploder suplex folloewd by the Helluva Kick by Sami, but no go.. Miz gets Sami in the Figure Four. Sami reverses it onto The Miz.. and the hold is broke. Miz with the Yes Kicks, and Sami puts Miz into the Figure Four! The bell rings, and we see that Maryse is who really did it. Sami thinks he’s won, but no and Miz does a roll up on Sami and wins! Your winner and still Intercontinental Champion: The Miz!
The second of three traditional Survivor Series Matches: The 20 Man Tag Team match: Enzo and Cass, The Shining Stars, Gallows and Anderson, Sheamus and Cesaro, and The New Day (Team Raw) vs. Rhyno and Slater, Breezango, The Usos, The Hype Bros, and American Alpha (Team Smackdown). Lots of combustible elements in this one. I will just list the eliminations. Big E starts off against Fandango. And there goes Breezango by Kofi. The New Day is eliminated by the Usos. Hype Bros eliminated by Anderson and Gallows. The Shining Stars eliminated by American Alpha. American Alpha eliminated by Gallows and Anderson. Gallows and Anderson eliminated by Rhyno and Slater. Slater and Rhyno eliminated by Enzo and Cass. Enzo and Cass eliminated by The Usos. The Usos are eliminated and your winners and sole Survivors: Sheamus and Cesaro (Team Raw)!
Thoughts: This was a good match. A lot of surprises from early eliminations. Lots of high-flying action, lots of action all around. Too much action to put in to words. And nobody imploded. All in all an awesome match and may be the best match of the night.
Cruiserweight Championship is next and if Kalisto wins, the Cruiserweight division goes to Smackdown! The Brian Kendrick vs Kalisto
The high-flying action starts early. Kalisto knocks Kendrick out of the ring and flies over the rope. Kendirck back in and Kalisto flips back in. Notice a theme here? Roll up by Kalisto, two count! Back and forth roll ups. Kendrick really working on Kalisto by slowing him down. A Spanish Splash by Kalisto to Kendrick off the apron! Back into the ring and Kalisto goes up top, but Kendirck flips him right into the Captain’s Hook! Kalisto gets out. Kalisto goes to work on Kendrick and hits the Delita Del Sol! Two Count. Baron Corbin comes into the ring and ends the match. Brian Kendrick retains the championship via disqualification.
The Final traditional Survivor Series match is next: Shane McMahon, Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and Dean Ambrose (Team Smackdown) vs. Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens (Team Raw).
A lot of back and forth action. Dissention of the ranks of Team Raw.. as Jericho tags in Seth Rollins to deal with AJ Styles.. who tags in Dean Ambrose. Jericho back in to face Ambrose. Ambrose in the corner being slapped by Jericho. Shane tagged in to go against Jericho. Dropkick to Shane from Jericho.. and Rollins is tagged in. Roman is tagged in. Shane is getting beat in the corner by Roman. Rollins tagged back in.. shades of The Shield. Kevin Owens and Dean Ambrose back in. Dean flys into the Owens on the outside. Back into the ring. Both sides meet in the middle trying to intimidate the other.. and its all all out chaos! Ambrose launches himself into Strowman who catches him on the outside. Owens goes up and spills onto everyone and wipes them out. Shane goes up top.. but Strowman catches Shane and launches him with one hand. Shane, AJ and Dean take out Strowman. AJ and Dean take out Roman and Rollins, and start to take each other out. Shane has to break them up. Dean is eliminated by Strowman, with help from AJ. Shane is in with Strowman.. who is handling himself quite well.. or was. Strowman is taking out everyone on Team Smackdown. Strowman looks at Bray.. as Bray tries to sway Strowman.. but, to no avail. Strowman tries to RKO Strowman through the German table but the table doesn’t break. The announce table is cleared, Strowman set up by Bray and Randy.. Shane delivers the Macho Elbow to Strowman through the table!
Bodies everywhere.. and the count starts. Strowman is eliminated by countout because of James Ellsworth! Strowman is going after Ellsworth and tosses him into the equipment off the stage! Back to the ring and its Shave and Jericho. Owens tags in and starts beating on Shane. Mocks him and tries to pin, but to a two count. Jericho back in. Rollins back in to beat on Shane. Jericho tries to splash on Shane, but nobody in the pool. AJ tags in and battles Jericho. AJ tries for the Styles Clash, but gets turned into the Walls of Jericho, but that gets turned into the Calf Crusher. Owens is eliminated by disqualification as he used the List of Jericho on AJ. Randy is tagged in, and hits an RKO on Jericho. Jericho is eliminated. It’s now the former Shield vs Randy, Wyatt and Shane. Bray takes on Rollins. Now Randy back in. Styles vs Roman. Samoan Drop to Randy and Bray and AJ. Shane goes after Roman. DDT to Roman. Shane is getting fired up! Roman is in the corner, Shane goes up and… Coast to Coast into a Spear! Shane may have been hurt as he is eliminated by Roman. Wyatt and Roman going at it. Randy is tagged in. Roman on a clothesline to Bray. AJ and Rollins back in. Action is outside as another table is getting prepped for destruction. Ambrose is back but, taking out Styles. Security is attempting to get Ambrose out, but Rollins and Roman are helping? The Shield is back! A Triple Powerbomb to AJ to the table and AJ is eliminated by Rollins. Luke Harper is back to help, Bray and Randy. Rollins up on top.. launches into an RKO and Bray Wyatt eliminates Rollins! It’s now Roman vs Bray and Randy.
Roman is working overtime clearing out everyone. Sister Abigail attempted but blocked and into a Superman Punch to Wyatt. Spear to Randy. Sister Abigail and Bray pins Roman. Your winners: Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton (Team Smackdown)!
The Main Event match for the night is Icon vs Icon. The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg!
Here we go! Goldberg gets pushed back and pushes Lesnar flat on his butt, followed by two spears to Lesnar! Goldberg goes and hits the Jackhammer to Lesnar and pins him! Your winner: Goldberg! A very short match. And that is why Goldberg IS Goldberg!
