Michigan 28, Maryland Nada – Rapid Reaction
- Updated: October 3, 2015
This is an excellent Michigan defense. Michigan is going to need this defense to continue to be excellent, because at times, the offense is far from excellent. The first half of this game was one of those times. I also cannot understate how great it is to have a coach who makes adjustments when an area of the game is far from excellent.
The wind probably played into the offense’s lack of excellence and the team certainly missed De’Veon Smith. Ty Isaac had fumble issues and Derrick Green had vision issues. Drake Johnson stepped up and had a very nice game. Rudock was meh, though the receivers were less than helpful a couple times.
