Collin Delia made his second career start in net for the Blackhawks. It went okay for a while, but by the third period, it had gotten off the rails. It wasn’t entirely Delia’s fault, but enough so that the search for next season’s backup should continue. The Hawks really could have used Scott Foster in this one. Defenseman Blake Hillman made his first career start. He looked capable in a little over 19 minutes of ice time. The one unfortunate bit was that he was a -1.
