Blackhawks 2, Wild 0
- Updated: November 5, 2017
The Blackhawks played a strong game and got the better of the action all night, though they were unable to solve Devan Dubnyk for quite some time. Artem Anisimov finally got one into the net late in the third on a redirect of a Duncan Keith shot. The Wild would play hard in their search for the equalizer, but the defense and Corey Crawford came up big. Alex DeBrincat pushed the Chicago lead to two with an empty netter, but Anisimov’s goal would prove to be enough as Crow recorded his second consecutive shutout.
My picks for 3 stars
★★★ Devan Dubnyk, G, MIN (33 SV, 1 GA)
★★ Artem Anisimov, C, CHI (1 G (GWG))
★ Corey Crawford, G, CHI (24 SV, SO)
