Less than 24 hours after a win in Calgary, the Blackhawks turned in another nice performance in Vancouver. They controlled the action for long stretches of the game, but let the Canucks back in it a couple times. The first goal was a nice play by Vancouver, the second was a defensive mistake. The Hawks still have a bit of work to do on that end, but things should look better once the playoffs start and Keith starts playing cyborg minutes.
Artem Anisimov was a healthy scratch due to his recent slump; Turbo took his spot centering Kane and Panarin and did very well. Scott Darling turned in another very nice performance in net.
My picks for 3 stars:
★★★ Sven Baertschi, LW, VAN (1 G)
★★ Andrew Ladd, LW, CHI (1 G (GWG))
★ Scott Darling, G, CHI (26 SV, 2 GA)
