CFB Picks: 2022 Week 7

Last week: 3-3, Season: 16-15

Lines for this week’s CFB picks are from FanDuel and will continue to be until a sportsbook wants to give us money to plug them. FanDuel isn’t giving us any money, but we used DraftKings last year and they didn’t give us any money, either, so now it’s FanDuel’s turn. Really, you should shop around for the best lines and prices. We’re using FanDuel here for the sake of consistency.

Frseno State +8.5 vs. San Jose State

I like Fresno to win this game. S&P+ does, too. They are getting 8.5 at home against a San Jose State team whose major accomplishment thus far in the season is only losing to Auburn by one score. This is my best bet of the week.

Tennessee +8.5 vs. Alabama

The Vols are playing good football. Hendon Hooker is legit. Bryce Young looks like he’ll be playing, but I doubt he’s 100%. Neyland’s gonna be rocking. Don’t be surprised if the Vols win outright. Take the 8.5.

Washington -14.5 vs. Arizona

S&P+ has this as a three-touchdown win for the Huskies. I agree; I don’t think the Wildcats will be able to keep up with Washington here and this one could get out of hand.

NC State +3 at Syracuse

Syracuse is fortunate to be 5-0 right now. The Purdue game very easily could’ve gone the other way. They only beat Virginia by 2. You can only live like that for so long. NC State catches them this week.
